Owner and Executive Chef Ginny Chapman, graduated Summa Cum Laude and obtained her Associate of Occupational Science of Culinary Arts degree from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas. In addition to her culinary degree, Chef Ginny earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas and had a very successful career in accounting for many years. Chef Ginny is Certified as a Personal Chef by the Culinary Business Academy. Enthusiastic about her career change, Chef Ginny has now combined her business experience with the passion she has for her new career field of cooking. She is a member of the ACF (American Culinary Federation of Chefs) and USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association). Chef Ginny has a valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification as well.
Chef Ginny uses only the freshest ingredients, and prepares each dish from the heart with an infusion of passion and creativity. She specializes in using seasonal, preservative-free ingredients. All of her dishes are made from scratch; creating a truly memorable dining experience.
